Free Delivery

Free delivery is available on orders above AED 99.00.

Please note that large palms and heavy plants may be excluded from the free delivery offer, as they may require special handling, loading, unloading, or crane/truck delivery arrangements.

Our regular delivery service may not cover some remote or far-distance locations in the UAE.

Delivery Notes

Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 2 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

For live plants, any return or rejection should be reported at the time of delivery, as plants are perishable and living products.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused
The item must be in the same condition as received
The item must be returned in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Items that are damaged after delivery due to improper care, watering, sunlight, weather exposure, or handling may not be eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or poor-condition product, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will update you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved and return shipping is arranged by Planhub.ae, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
