Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 2 calendar days from the date of receiving the order. For live plants, any issue or return request should be reported at the time of delivery because plants are living and perishable products.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused
The item must be in the same condition as received
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and update you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund through the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from our side. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If return shipping is arranged by Planthub.ae, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or poor-condition product, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the case.

Plant Care Responsibility

Plants are living products and require proper care after delivery. Planthub.ae is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to overwatering, underwatering, lack of sunlight, too much sunlight, unsuitable placement, weather conditions, pests, mishandling, or lack of maintenance.
